Clip1:
Left mastoidectomy is done; semicircular canals are exposed.
'Bill's island' of bone over the sigmoid sinus is seen inferiorly.
Clip2:
Labyinthectomy is in process; Internal auditory meatus is deroofed after identifying and protecting the labyrinthine segment of the facial nerve.
Clip3:
the tumor is dissected off the facial nerve
Clip4:
Further exposure of the tumor which is excised in piecemeal. Tumor bed is seen after tumor excision.
