Clip1:

Periauricular incision; the external auditory meatus is divided and blind closure of external auditory meatus is carried out.

The facial nerve is identified at stylomastoid foramen and exposed upto the bifurcation.

Clip2:

The carotids, int.jugular vein, and the lower cranial nerves (9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th) are exposed.

Mastoidectomy is done.

Clip3:

The facial nerve is decompressed between genu and stylomastoid foramen and rerouted anteriorly.

Tumor is removed.
