Following pterional craniotomy, the sylvian fissure is split, the carotid bifurcation and the blister aneurysm at the bifurcation are exposed by archnoidal dissection. The aneurysm is wrapped with gauze piece
Clip2:
wrapping is completed and the aneurysm is clipped with the gauze wrap.
