Following  pterional craniotomy, the sylvian fissure is split;  the basal cisterns are opened; the int.carotid is coming into view.

Arachnoidal dissection over the A1, continues to the aneurysm.

Clip3:

Further dissection of the dense archnoid around the aneurysm. Neck of the aneurysm is defined and clipped.
