Clip1:
Following retromastoid craniectomy, the dura is opened and
the cisterna magna is punctured to drain the CSF.This exposes the lower
cranial nerves, which needs to be protected.

Arachnoidal dissection over the tumor; and tumor debulking

Posterior wall of the int. auditory meatus is drilled out
